I and my friend tried karak chai with sugar and 50/50. Both were amazing, However the regular sugar was too sweet for me.Ambience is good, small seating area and Staff is good and Rajminder were so polite.

One of my favorite chai spots in Brampton! Chaiiwala of London never disappoints. The karak chai is rich, bold, and brewed just right—not too sweet, not too milky. You can tell it's made fresh with quality ingredients It’s a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a peaceful cup alone. If you’re a chai lover, this is definitely a spot you need to check out. There’s always time for chaii!

From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I visited on April 17th with my boyfriend, and although I didn’t catch her name, the young lady working that day was exceptionally kind and attentive. She introduced us to the chai samples, thoughtfully offering recommendations on how to mix and match flavors. Her knowledge and enthusiasm really stood out — she made great suggestions that completely sold us on trying something new. I ordered the Pink Frappe, while my boyfriend went for the Dirty Chai. Both drinks were fantastic, with perfect consistency and balanced flavors. We spent about 14 in total, which felt reasonable given the portion sizes and quality of the drinks. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

We came here as we are visiting from Alberta for the first time. We have only ever been to the Vancouver locations in the past. This place always is our go to spot wherever there is one accessible. The server lady was very friendly and fast with getting us our order. She even gave us a sample of the rose falooda to try. Highly recommend this location, very hospitable.

Parneet was professional and kind from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was taken care of without needing to ask. The service felt thoughtful and efficient. I got the desi Indian breakfast butter chicken poutine and everything was fresh, flavourful, and well balanced. The whole experience felt warm and easy.

Tried the Karak chai based on the suggestion from the staff. It was simply awesome, tasted just like i had in India. The service was very nice, but the ambiance not so much. It can get pretty crowded and messy
